WHAT: Georgia Department of Transportation (Georgia DOT) and AKA Tree Services will close one lane on SR 141/Medlock Bridge Road for vegetation removal.
WHEN: The single lane closures begin Monday, October 24, 2022. Single lane closures are permitted between 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday daily and 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays. Work is expected to be completed by March 27, 2023.
WHERE: SR 141/Peachtree Parkway will begin from Peachtree Industrial Boulevard (Milepost 1.95) to the Chattahoochee River (Milepost 6.07) in Gwinnett County. The work will begin Northbound first.
WHY: Crews will remove invasive vegetation growth from the right of way on SR 141/ Peachtree Parkway.
