Peachtree Corners Honors its Veterans
Peachtree Corners held its first Veterans Day Ceremony on Nov. 11 at the city's new Veterans Monument. The service was organized by the Peachtree Corners Veterans Monument Association. The 2,500-square-foot monument is located on the Town Green at the Town Center.

The Veterans Day service featured the Norcross High School JROTC, the NHS Band and and A Capella Chorus as well as remarks by Mayor Mike Mason, City Manager Brian Johnson (both veterans) and special guest Daryl Keith Johnson. At the end of the service taps were played to recognize the men and women who have lost their lives in the past year while serving their country. Commander (USN Ret) Tiffany Grave de Peralta served as the master of ceremonies.
