Gwinnett County’s newest and largest city, Peachtree Corners, was founded July 1, 2012 and is located along the Chattahoochee River in the southwest corner of the county. The city is home to over 40,000 residents and 2,300 businesses.

Activities in Peachtree Corners

Peachtree Corners visitors enjoy plenty of year-round outdoor activities from hiking, cycling, tennis and swimming to festivals and parades. Visit one of the city's parks with views and access to the river, trout fishing and boating along the state's well-known river. And indoors, enjoy art galleries, bowling, shopping, dining and more.

Plans for the Future

The city's new Town Center, featuring retail shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, townhomes and a Town Green is planned for a 21-acre site located on Peachtree Parkway.

The development is expected to be complete in the spring of 2019. The Town Green will be the site for community gatherings and outdoor entertainment. The city's Veterans Monument will also be featured on the Town Green.
