The City of Peachtree Corners Community Development Department works with residents, developers, the City Council, as well as the Planning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, the Downtown Development Authority to carry out long-range city planning initiatives, land development, building construction and code compliance.
Community Development also oversees the Comprehensive Planning process along with the other city-wide and area-specific planning projects. See the 2033 Comprehensive Plan below.

Certificate of Zoning Application - to get verification that a property is allowed to be used for a specific purpose.
Future Land Use Map - a map showing the projected land uses for the City of Peachtree Corners over a twenty year time period.
Open Records Request - to obtain copies of documents available to the public such as certificates of occupancy or code violations.
Public Hearing Application - to seek a rezoning, special use permit, or change in conditions regarding a property.
Variance Application from Zoning Resolution - request to deviate from the current zoning requirements for a property.
