Planning is responsible for formulating policy recommendations and programs to guide future growth and development in the City of Peachtree Corners. Community Meeting Certification - to verify that a community meeting was held prior to a public hearing, as required.
Zoning Certification - to get verification that a property is allowed to be used for a specific purpose.
Overlay District Architectural Review for Projects Not Associated With a Land Disturbance Permit - if project is associated with a Land Disturbance Permit (LDP) the LDP will also cover the Overlay Review. A separate submittal of this form is not necessary.
Public Hearing Application for Rezoning Special Use Permit or Change in Conditions - to seek a rezoning, special use permit, or change in conditions regarding a property.
Special Events Application - request to hold a special event such as a run, walk, festival, parade, street fair, etc.
Temporary Outdoor Dining Permit Application - application for a permit to offer outdoor dining with flexible allowances.
Tree Removal Application (1-3 trees) - a request to remove any tree from a commercial property or for any specimen tree or any tree in a buffer, the river corridor or a required zoning buffer from residential property (for 1-3 trees).
Tree Removal Application (4 or more trees) - a request to remove any tree from a commercial property or for any specimen tree or any tree in a buffer, the river corridor or a required zoning buffer from residential property (for 4 or more trees).
Variance Application from Zoning Resolution - request to deviate from the current zoning requirements for a property.
