If you are a current vendor or a potential vendor, please submit a copy of the completed Vendor Registration Packet found below.

All formal bids will be posted on the Georgia Department of Administrative Services website and advertised in the local legal organ, the Gwinnett Daily Post.

• Vendor Registration Packet - a compilation of the Vendor Information Form, W-9 Form, and Contractor E-Verify Affidavit.

If you are interested in becoming a vendor at one of our events, please check out our Eventeny Page. All events that are accepting vendor applications will be uploaded to Eventeny. Please note not all events will have vendor applications.
