The City of Peachtree Corners is proud to announce the launch of its brand-new mobile app, designed to make it easier than ever for residents and visitors to stay connected, informed, and engaged with the City. The free, user-friendly app is now available for download in both the Apple App Store and Google Play.

The new Peachtree Corners mobile app serves as a centralized digital hub, offering quick access to City government information, news, community events, social media updates, points of interest, live streaming, and a newly enhanced PTC Report It feature. The app was thoughtfully developed to streamline access to the most frequently used services and information found on the City’s website.

“The City is proud to launch our new mobile app and to further promote resident engagement,” said City Manager Brian Johnson. “We’re excited for residents to download the app and share their feedback so we can continue to make the product as helpful and beneficial as possible.”

The app was developed through a collaborative effort between an in-house City team and an external development partner, ChopDawg Studios, Inc., with a focus on usability, accessibility, and delivering the information residents and visitors value most. Users can easily find the app by searching City of Peachtree Corners in their preferred app store.

The City also plans to continue expanding the app’s capabilities by adding new modules and features in future updates.

Current Mobile App Features Include:

• User Registration: Users can create a secure account using a valid email address and password that meets strength requirements. The app also offers optional mobile number registration with SMS verification.
• Updated News Module: Provides official City news directly from the City website, along with selected news from outside organizations when shared by the City, ensuring users stay informed on timely updates and announcements.
• Events Calendar: Fully integrated with the City’s community events calendar, allowing users to view events by calendar or map. The feature highlights city-sponsored events, City Council meetings, cultural activities, and recreational programs.
• Live Streaming Functionality: Enables the City to broadcast live video streams directly through the app, connecting the community to real-time events, announcements, and updates, with integration across social media platforms.
• Points of Interest: Offers a comprehensive guide to local parks, public art, shopping destinations, and other notable attractions to enhance the experience for both residents and visitors.
• City Information: Provides detailed information on City services, departments, history, and contact options, along with built-in communication and reporting tools to support civic engagement.
• PTC Report It Module: Allows residents to report issues using a simplified form, including the ability to upload photos or videos and pinpoint exact locations using an interactive map.
• Social Feed Integration: Brings together dynamic social media feeds from the City and Curiosity Lab, delivering real-time updates, news, and event highlights directly within the app.
• Push Notification Capabilities: Supports in-app alerts, push notifications, and branded email notifications to keep users informed about important updates, City news, and account-related activity.
