Public Art Initiative

The Peachtree Corners City Council encourages developers and property owners to include sculpture and other visual art in development projects.

Developers, while in the building and permitting process, are required to discuss possibilities for public art on their property with the city’s Arts Council.

They are asked to voluntarily set aside one percent of their total project costs for public art, either by including public art on their site or contributing money to a public art fund administered by the city.
