Community Development
The City of Peachtree Corners Community Development Department works with residents, developers, the City Council, the Planning Commission, the Zoning Board of Appeals, and the Downtown Development Authority to carry out long-range city planning initiatives, land development, building construction, and code compliance.
Within the Community Development Department are the following divisions:
Community Development oversees the Comprehensive Planning process and other city-wide and area-specific planning projects.
The City of Peachtree Corners 2045 Comprehensive Plan is a guide that helps the city steer growth and development.
The Peachtree Corners Holcomb Bridge Corridor Urban Redevelopment Plan is intended to address areas in need of redevelopment and revitalization.

Open Records Request - to obtain copies of documents available to the public such as certificates of occupancy or code violations.
